1. Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing thumwellnessspa.com, booking or receiving services, or purchasing products, gift cards, or gift certificates, you enter into a binding agreement with Thummanava Inc., a New York corporation doing business as THUM Wellness & Spa.

2. Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase, cancel, or modify services or products.
Entry to the spa is restricted to guests 21 years of age or older.
THUM reserves the right to deny entry if valid proof of age cannot be provided.

6. Cancellation, Late Arrival & Refusal of Service
Appointments
Cancellations or modifications must be made at least one 24 hours prior to scheduled service to avoid charges
THUM reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations at its discretion
7. Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify staff before leaving the spa or within 24 hours of your visit.
No refunds will be issued for concerns raised after this period.
8. Health & Assumption of Risk
Spa services are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only.
By receiving services, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
THUM is not responsible for adverse effects resulting from:
Undisclosed medical conditions
Failure to follow pre- or post-treatment guidance
9. Warranty Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THUM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

THUM’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services or products in the preceding 12 months

Nothing limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THUM Wellness & Spa and Thummanava Inc. from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
